X = 1, Y= 3 --> XY<5
X = 3, Y= 4 --> XY>5

2) Insufficient
X = -10, Y= 15 --> XY<5
X = 1, Y= 4 --> XY<5
X = 2, Y= 3 --> XY>5

1+2) Insufficient
X = 2, Y= 3 --> XY>5
X = 1, Y= 4 --> XY<5
