Hi,
I have done a very stupid mistake.
In my part-time employment which was from May 2014 to Dec 2014, I have mistakenly chosen Dec 2017.
Will I have a chance to rectify it even at the later stage or any workaround if anyone has faced any data issue.

You could try and contact ISB and let them know about it. Its an honest mistake, so shouldn't be an issue. Apart from that, there is no other way, as you cannot edit your app after it has been submitted.
