ISB Application: Frequent Job Changes

Hello All,
I would greatly appreciate if someone can address my below concern. How does the admissions team look into a profile that had some frequent job switches? If at a disadvantage how can I mitigate this? Below is my profile and reasons for leaving.
Current Employer- 2 yr 6 months months by March 31, 2018
Previous Employer 1- 8 months (Reasons for leaving:) I. With global downturn in Oil Industry, the company was going through restructuring and was about to be merged with a competitor. Hence there was uncertainty regarding future of company and employment. II. During the same time I got an exciting role at my current company. The role was strategic and sounded too exciting to ignore.
Previous Employer 2- 19 months (1 Yr 7 months) (Reason for leaving) I. Wanted to work in more diversified environment with a flexibility to move around the globe. This company had operations in limited geography while the later(Previous Employer 2) operates in more than 48 countries. II. The role was exciting and more challenging as it required close collaboration with global joint partners and international clients
Previous Employer 3- 8 months (Reason for leaving) I. Wanted to arm myself with more knowledge in Supply Chain and Operations Management and got into top 10 ranked programs. Hence decided to pursue MS in US.
Thank you for your advice/suggestions. I greatly appreciate it.
