@thisisgmat- Your CGPA and 10th/12th scores seem fine. Some q's:
- What was your undergrad pedigree: IIT/ NIT, Tier-1, Tier-2, etc.
- What's your indicative GMAT/ GRE score.
- Size/ pedigree of your company (Fortune-100, start-up etc.), your role: functions/ domains, any achieveements/ promotions (?)
- Any extracurricular activities to highlight?
All these dimensions get assessed by top B-schools like ISB, hence sharing more info can help assess your profile better.

Hey! The acads look good for sure. SDE in Tech is a pretty common profile at ISB, so you will have to share details about work experience to get a detailed and apt profile evaluation. At an overall level, the 2.5 years of work experience is below the average work ex for ISB and hence you will have to articulate well (1) leadership/key initiatives (2) impact you made at work (3) extracurriculars (4) why MBA/ISB and why now. Be cautious around point 4 coz that's where majority of the applicants miss on the admit.
Now since you belong the overrepresented pool of Tech applicants and work ex is also slightly low, a good GMAT (685+) will help your profile stand out.
