I got selected in ISB but would be joining UNC this year as I wanted to move out of India. It completely depends on where you want to settle down later on in your career. ISB has a strong brand name and reputation in India but pales in comparison to any half decent school abroad in terms of international opportunities. Plus, they have also jacked up their fees to the point that you would be paying almost 50000 USD for a 1 year MBA.

Pranjall8 - ISB has a strong brand/ network in India and (to a decent degree) in Asia and the UK). Warwick is primarily positioned in the UK and some parts of Europe, and is considered Tier-2.

If your goal is to stay geographically closer to India, ISB is clearly the better choice. It can also help to eventually move out of India some years down the line, if you wish to.

Beyond that, this article talks about the key factors that can help in picking the right B-school.

All the best!

Arvind

I have an admit from ISB after paying the deposit at WBS.
I've got 35% scholarships in WBS and none at ISB.
Post MBA goal is consulting. Which one to choose?

ISB any day (no offence to anyone who has studied at Warwick). Just that ISB is a lot more competitive to get into and even when it comes to recruiter perception. To give you some context, I would put ISB in the category of a Cambridge/Oxford MBA. Warwick would be a notch or two lower. I know you don't want to lose out on that WBS deposit, but do it. Think of it as a long term investment in yourself.
