hi - this is how i approached. hope it helps

1. segregated since implies that the something has been segregated since centuries which wouldn't make sense logically. you are talking about a specific period of time so "segregated for" is preferred.

2. discriminated against is the right idiom. just saying discriminated is a bit vague. consider: "they are discriminated" vs "they are discriminated against". latter implies that that there is discrimination against a group.

since here implies that segregation started centuries ago, but we don't know that, it may have started a millenia ago, but what we do know for sure is that they are segregated for some centuries (a particular period of time), hence, B changes the meaning and is eliminated.
