I applied in R4 and my application status is "Under Review." Anyone else in the same boat? It is kind of strange that the decision deadline for round 4 is April 24th, but Destination Johnson is held 13-15 April. I will be disappointed if I'm accepted, but not able to go to DJ.

Unfortunately if you apply to any school in the last round, you typically will not be able to attend any admit weekend if you are admitted. Good luck with your application

Can R3 applicants still expect interview invites?

I'm in the same boat as you, friend! I applied in R3 and there has been no word from Cornell. Should we assume a ding??

They seem to be behind with their application reviews. I got my interview invite last week, a month after going under review. If you went under review after mid feb or so I think it may be possible to get an invite. I had my interview recently and I had pretty much the same questions listed earlier. Was very conversational, slightly challenging but a good experience. I was asked where else I had applied and what my statuses were at these schools. I expected the question about where I applied but not status. I didn't second guess myself this time and just answered honestly. I'm not thrilled with this question but I guess admissions hold all the power and it is useful information for them.

to the guy above, it def seems possible to still get an invite. they seem to be a little behind, and i would echo the poster above...the later your profile went under review the better your chance. i hope they start to make a few admissions calls tomorrow though, the wait is nearly killing me. best of luck to everyone on here.
