Length of Longer side, L = 30m
Length of Shorter side, S = 20m
Time taken = 30s
She starts running with the 'L' side and stops after the 7th side.
Hence, her path follows: L-S-L-S-L-S-L.
Total distance covered along longer sides = 4*30 = 120m
Total distance covered along shorter sides = 3*20 = 60m
Total distance covered = 120+60 = 180m
Speed = 180/30 = 6 metres per sec
Ans is E IMO
