Here is a brief on my profile:

Education:
Class 10: 9.8 CGPA
Class 12: 88.2%
Graduation- BA in Social Science from TISS (2015)- 8.0 CGPA
Post Grad- MA in Development Policies from TISS (2017)- 7.9CGPA
MBA- BM from XIMB (2022)- 7.1 CGPA

Professional Experience:
3.3 Years (before MBA): Working in Social Development Consulting with Central and State Governments and International Funding Agencies (WB)
3 Years (post MBA) : Working in a Global IT Consulting firm as a manager in the domain of Sustainability (Specialising in Carbon Accounting, Decarbonisation, Strategy Building & Business Growth)

Awards: 3 Awards with top rating for consecutive 3 years in my post MBA experience

Current GMAT Score- 625. Reappearing by end of August again aiming for improved score.

I also wanted to understand what I should be careful about while preparing my application as I already have a MBA degree.

I’ve not seen many Indians apply to a "2nd MBA" in India (XIMB and then PGP, PGPSX...). I assume you’d need a strong reason for another. NUS/NTU may be better shot.

Work ex with MBB is great, 675+ will be good - For the EU/UK schools you’ll want to emphasize your international work experience, any travel, cultural experiences... these will be what will make you stand out.

Thank you so much for your response!!! Work experience with international clients will be something better than no international travel hopefully. Alternatively can you suggest some colleges in UK / Europe for my profile where international exposure doesn’t have heavy weightage?

You will need to balance out your B.Tech with 675+ GMAT; illustrating leadership and anything that specifically makes you strong for these specific programs

Hello Aringo, Good day!
Please feedback on my profile.

Academics:
10th --> 91%
12th --> 86%
Btech in ECE --> 9.4 CGPA

Work experience --> 2.1 yrs as a Software engineer at Bosch (automotive industry)
Working as Project Coordinator for Calibration Projects.

GMAT Target score: 650+

Targeting schools: HEC, LBS, ISEAD, ESSEC

Targeting sector: senior position management, operations and consulting in Automotive sector in Europe regions.

Targeting programs: MiM/MBA not sure due to my work experience eligibility, whether to choose MiM or MBA
