I would go with Darden with its half scholarship. While Kelley has students going into IB, its location definitely poses a challenge for these industries. Apart from being much higher ranked, you can also leverage Darden's alumni base a lot more which is very important for IB and consulting.

There are LOTS of reasons to like all three schools.

Given your goals and the opportunities in front of you, I think Darden is the wise choice.
