Thanks for posting your profile. Congrats on your high GMAT score! And it looks like you're doing well at the FinTech startup. I think you have a lot going for you. The key is to craft a compelling narrative that showcases your professional achievements and how an MBA will help you reach your career goals.
Also, consider weaving in your personal stories and interests to help the Admissions Committee get to know you holistically. For example, what do you do as a volunteer at the animal rehab centers? Do you mostly work with animals or help plan any fundraising events? And how has hiking in the Himalayas shaped you as a leader / team player, if applicable?
I think if you are able to execute on the above compellingly in your essays, you have a good shot at H/S/LBS.
