Wait for another month or two and let the schools start the latest stream of the essay and recommendation questions.

You will have to register the recommenders on the online portal, and the schools will send the login credentials directly in your recommenders mailbox. In any case, you cannot upload the recommendation letters. When you do submit your application forms, you want to tick on "I waive the rights to review these letters". Uploading a naked copy will defy the purpose of these letters. Many years ago, applicants used to primarily send the hard copy of the letter of recommendations( Customised) in sealed envelopes. That essentially meant that they had not reviewed those letters. Uploading is not RECOMMENDED.

Sometimes you can upload a document and sometimes your recommender needs to write the answers in textboxes.

No, when you apply, you have to provide the contacts of your recommenders who can recommend. Schools will send a link by e-mail to the recommenders to fill in. Most schools have their own format and their own questions. Some schools have recommendation forms that look more like a survey about you asking them rate you on specific parameters and so on.

But it is good that you have the recommendation letters as well. Some schools like require recommenders to submit a letter along with their online recommendation form.

I have a doubt regarding the Letter of Recommendation format. I'm planning to get Letter of Recommendations from my current company in the standard letterhead of the company. Can I upload this letter to all the schools I apply ?

The news going around is that b-schools will start asking for a common recommendation. Read this article by Poets and Quants:
