A) Like the rush at Mecca during Eid - Golden Temple is compared with Rush at Mecca
B) As the rush at Mecca during Eid does - Same as A
C) Like the rush at Mecca during Eid does - Same as A.
D) Like Mecca during Eid - Correct
E) As Mecca during Eid - As is used to compare 2 clauses. Like is used to compare two Nouns.

"Like X, Y" idiom needs two direct nouns for comparison.. So, here Golden Temple should be compared with Mecca. D is the clear winner.
