Meg, No, as the minimum requirement is 2 Bathrooms. Liz, No as the minimum distance from CC should be less than 3 miles. Single family home: 1300 square feet, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. Located just 5 miles from the city center...... LIZ . Since there are no special requirements on # of bathrooms and minimum distance from CC. It matches the Single Family Home requirements of LIZ. Condominium: 1175 square feet, 1 bedroom, 2 baths. Located just 4 miles from the city center..... Does not matches the minimum distance for Liz and Bedroom requirements for MEG.
