The HBS interview is quite unique in that the questions will be highly personalized to your background. Practicing with a friend (or another candidate) will, of course, still be helpful. You should anticipate questions about the choices you made in your career, deeper digging into the accomplishments on your resume and curveball questions that aim to assess if you can handle the case method.
