I took the GMAT on 9th September, today I got my scores :
Total:730(Q50, V40, IR4)
Should I apply for INSEAD with a low IR score? Will it be a problem?

I would say that it won't be a blocker for INSEAD, what I believe it may be a blocker for management consulting (Mck is known to use it to address future performance and 4 is quite low).

priyankirk, As long as the rest of the application is spectacular, the IR score won't create such a hindrance.
However, a couple of questions may revolve across the IR-score in the interview with the AdCom.
Thus, instead of focusing on the retake, work on the applications and essay questions.
