I’ve been lurking here for a while and noticed there aren’t many tools for practicing specifically the Kira Talent/blind online interview many schools are starting to use. I personally did the Kellogg Kira interview without much preparation (thankfully still got in).
I’m a developer, so I built a tool specifically for this setup: Ready on Record. It works like the real thing, you get a random question you haven’t seen before, prep for a few minutes, record your answer in one take, and get an AI-generated scorecard with scores on clarity, structure, content, and delivery.
I’d genuinely love feedback from this community since you’re exactly the people who’ve actually sat through a Kira Talent interview and know what it feels like.
