Hi all, could you please tell how good the reputation of Mannheim's full time MBA is? what are job prospects with A2/B1 level German? what are chances of getting job in UK/US / international mobility after MBA from Mannheim? Really need help!

Hi All,
This is a great question. I work in Germany for over a decade or so and hence I thoguht of sharing my experience.

Bottomline: 
  Learn German to atleast B2 level /  as fast as you can — it’s a game-changer. many will disagree and will give you some other point of view, but it's my honest opinion
  Network aggressively  during MBA — Mannheim has great corporate ties in Germany.
  Intern or do a company project  in an English-speaking role during the program where the compnay is supportive with your language and culture journey
 Consider  targeting EU-wide job markets , not just Germany.
 If your heart is set on UK/US, try to  leverage Mannheim’s alumni  and go via  multinational companies  with global mobility options.

Details:

Reputation: Mannheim is often ranked  #1 in Germany  for its MBA program by  Financial Times ,  QS , and  The Economist . It also has  Triple Accreditation : AACSB, EQUIS, AMBA — which only top-tier business schools have.
  Smaller class size (~50-60 students) : More personalized but that also means alumni network scale globally needs to be searched more thorughly
Language: Regarding your query related to German, A2/B1 limits options, but international/tech/consulting firms can still hire you if you bring other strengths (quant skills, international experience, industry expertise) 
Regional shift:
 UK ===>  Needs focussed approach and more rigour but doable  if you bring extra value
 US ===>  You need to have a  a strong network or visa
 Rest of EU ===>  More open , especially for tech/consulting
