Being a International application I think i have to wait bit longer. But what I can infer from the mail that I received from Ad-Com was that scholarship info(if any) will be included in the binder. And nothing in that regards will be disclosed over phone or email. I don't think there is any harm in emailing them if scholarship is a make or break for you.

Scholarship info is a separate letter enclosed in the package that the binder arrived in, it would've been included in the same envelope as the admissions letter. No scholarship info is disclosed over the phone or via the admissions webpage.

I received my binder yesterday. And yes, genericuser1 is correct. In the little envelope with my admissions letter were two other letters saying I had been awarded a fellowship.

Congrats! Guess that confirms it for me...I had emailed admissions anyway -- I'll let you guys know if I hear anything different but I probably won't.
