I agree with the other posters here. Unless you have a really specific reason to go to Marshall, go to Boston U.
They're similar rank and 90% scholarship is a really good deal.
However, you might want to contact Marshall adcom if they can offer a match if you really want to go there.
It doesn't hurt to try.
