Work experience:
1. Supply chain manager in a biotech startup responsible for all manufacturing activities ($4M+ budget) and on-time delivery of products (1 year). Youngest member of an operations team of 5 (all others with 20+ years industry exp), got promoted to supply chain and mfg manager after demonstrating a knack for leading teams and delivering results.
2. Previously, a senior engineer who developed a manufacturing process for a blockbuster drug in Phase 2 clinical trials. (2 years).
3. Also worked in consumer goods and plastics as an engineer before finding a home in biotech. Very successful in these roles with metrics to show for it and great recommendations from previous bosses. (2 years)
