The MBA would provide a more well rounded set of skills for future management opportunities, especially since you already have industry experience it seems an MBA could best help fill a skill gap
The following observations brought confusion:-
1) Students graduating from Ross MSCM are getting same job profiles (Job Titles) / in same companies as graduates from Top ranked Supply chain school MBA (those who sought roles in SCM / Operations) . Thus, through Ross MSCM I can make this transition in mere 10 months.
2) But Ross MSCM graduates are also getting jobs in well known multinational companies visiting Campus for Ross MBA and other programs (Such as most sought after companies in Tech, Retail, Manufacturing, consulting , I could not find large number of graduates from top ranked SCM school getting into these companies).
3) Plus Ross MSCM is a STEM designated program and Ross may give me a lifelong brand, according to me, please correct me if I am wrong?.
But as you mentioned, I am not sure about the payoff in the long run.
So, even Considering the above points, pursuing an MBA from tier -II college makes more sense? Am I missing something?
Thank you again for help.
