I am currently completing my bachelors degree and I am confused about the leading universities that take MBA without work experience .

If you are looking for top programs then do get some work ex before applying for either MBA program or MIM program. It’s a one time decision, so best thing to do is do job and work on your profile.

From your username I guess u r an Indian. For MBA from Tier -1 colleges 2-3 years experience is a must. If you planning to study & work in India then you should definitely do MBA, because any other management degree does not have that market value in India as MBA has.
