Does having pre-MBA work experience tenure on the lower end (2-3yrs) sabotage chances of recruiting at MBB or other T-1 Consulting Firms?
More specifically, let's say I join the Rotman MBA (Canada) with 2Y work experience (which is the minimum requirement), will I face difficulty to recruit for prestigious firms because my peers have 2-3 years more experience than me on average?
Because getting admitted and getting recruited are two very different games, and I'm not sure if at 2Y work experience, it would be better for my consulting goals to join an MiM or an MBA.
I do not want to end up at a disadvantage during recruiting.
