There are many benefits to timing your practice, including:
Spouser - Hard to say, but you might as well wait a couple weeks for all of the scholarships to go out. There really isn't a benefit to paying the deposit early I wouldn't think.
They gave me an in-state tuition waiver which is 15k per year, and a recruitment scholarship which is 5k per year. Its not a full ride or anything but it knocks a good portion off tuition.
I'm a R2 applicant and I just received the email that links to the Admitted Students website. Lots of good info about the upcoming Admitted Students weekend, financial aid, etc.
I'm not sure if they are or not but i think last year there were only a total of about 5 scholarships reported on gmatclub. Something like that. So they are quite sparse.
