I guess if you like them equally and feel that your chances of getting your desired job/career immediately post-MBA are equal, then I'd go with the school that's offering you the money.
However, if you feel that the Ross MBA will serve you better in the long run and if you want to experience Ann Arbor for 2 years (get ready for the cold!) then I'd choose Ross.
You have to try and decide for yourself if Ross would offer any advantage at all over McCombs (in both the long and immediate terms) and whether or not that perceived advantage is worth the opportunity cost of the scholarship.
IMHO, I don't see Ross as having enough of an advantage to turn down a significant scholarship for the career path that you're looking for, but there are things that you may want to experience in your MBA that UT can't offer. I can't really answer that for you, that's more of a question for you to decide.
Remember most people only get the opportunity to attend an MBA program once.
