Its been a few months but the interview questions were very much as described by previous applicants; Why the MBA? What are you going to do with it? Why Notre Dame?; Ethics questions, how and why should a person incorporate ethics into everyday/business life, give an example of ethical leadership; leadership question: how do you lead and what is leadership to you; I had a case question, was given ten minutes to read over an excel spreadsheet, after the allotted time I was asked to make a presentation of the material to the admissions director, very much "fit" related questions, ran through my resume and tried to get an overall feel of myself as an individual (would I be a good fit for Notre Dame?), I asked questions, and followed through with small talk. Yeah, it's pretty much what Worthy said; typical interview mix of fit questions, past experience questions etc. I was asked about an ethical dilemma in the workplace and integrity in general was stressed in the interview which makes sense considering it's Notre Dame. I too had to analyze some data on the spot. Nothing crazy, just trying to throw you off a bit I suppose. Hmmm.... can't think of anything else atm. I wish I had the remote Adam Sandler had in Click so I could fast forward a couple weeks.

Interviewed with an alum--went well I think, hope she thought the same though. As for questions, nothing out of the ordinary--why ND, why business school, case question, etc.
