Question 2 first one:
It looks complex but there is a simple trick.
You know that supervisors cant enter cubicles and the max per office can share with others is 4. (2 adjacent office and 2 cubicles). Ciaran is doing the heavy duty so if we put him in the office surrounded by 4 others, then Pablo and Selena who are also employees are asking for offices. Now if these 2 are also assigned offices where will Leila go?
Using transitiveness we see that in reality we can simplify like one guy needs to be surrounded by atleast offices which is not the case.

I totally get it - Ive been actually counter intuitively finding MSR questions relatively less difficult when i give it less time as opposed to more. I think it helps stay sharp and only look for the crux of the details rather than more time which lets the mind dwindle. Try it out !
