I had access to MGMAT CATs for 6 months during which i took all the 6 CATs twice but the access got expired a month back so now I am thinking of renewing it so I just wanted to confirm if the question pool for these CATs is big enough so that I can expect new questions when I take these exams 3rd time around or has there been any new additions to there question bank so that I dont encounter repeat questions , it would be very helpful if any of the MGMAT guys or any other expert can confirm this for me so that I can go ahead with the renewal.

The pool is big enough to take 6 exams without repeating questions. Most people can take another 6 with seeing only a few repeated questions. To go from 12 to 18 exams, you will probably hit a fair amount of repeat content, unless your score has improved dramatically since the first 6 exams.

18 practice exams is a lot. You may consider running "timed sets" as a way to take mini GMATs all the time instead of completing so many practice exams...
