If you go through my debrief, I would prefer only Manhattan after Official. That's the real indicator of your performance I believe.

Go for it :)

Thanks mate. Went through your debrief. It is absolutely amazing.

Wanted one more suggestion: how would you rate Verbal of GMAT Club tests? I know the quant is absolutely awesome. But have heard mixed reviews when it comes to Verbal.

Hard Verbal questions are hard to create. Very hard in fact so our verbal tests are average difficulty unlike the quant tests that really challenge you.

Thanks BB. In addition to OG16 and VR, I also have subscribed to Veritas test series and will be purchasing Manhattan test series. Will you recommend me to solve GMAT club tests too ?
I got V34 in my last attempt so desperately looking to increase my score. Thanks.

I would prefer learning from your mistakes rather than giving too many mocks.

Focus on Quality not Quantity.

Good Luck :)

Look at your weaknesses and mistakes and use that as a guide. More emphasis on learning and less on testing. Think of it as a boxing match. You do learn during a boxing match with your opponent but you do most learning in training. You probably don’t want to fight every night and get beat up over and over.

You will be more successful if you don’t get beat up all the time ;)

Which of these three test series is better if somebody is targeting a score in excess of 730.

Also, can someone suggest what is the most economical way of getting Manhattan test series?
I was told by a friend that they are available on purchase of any book online but I guess that offer has been closed / discontinued by Manhattan.

Hi Yashkumar,

Though bb & abhimahna have advised already. Here is one key suggestion to you specially for verbal:

Make a word document and call it whatever. here is what to do with it:

Whenever you do an official question and you learn something new from it OR the question gives you new insight about the application of a rule or the question completely changes your understanding of a concept that you have been wrongly applying for long OR you just learn a new rule/concept from that question,
THEN
update that document with question and the TAKEAWAY from it.

You may ask why should you not do it for EVERY official question? Because GOAL is to have the crystal clear understanding of all the concepts/idioms/traps/patterns pasted in that document and thus it needs to be small enough SO THAT revising the document does not take you a whole day. Having all the questions and explanations placed in the doc would make it another OG guide for you.

This practice will make you learn/unlearn/solidify rules & concept with not just their understanding but proper APPLICATION of them in GMAT as well.

Thanks BB. I completely get your point. I will tell you where I am stuck. I got a V34 and i strongly believed I was done by my timing in the exam. Was left with only 13 mins for last 10 Qs and had to guess last three questions.

I am working on my weaknesses (most of which are in SC) and at the same time I want to be sure I am well prepared to last 75 mins of the test.
I have around 160 hours before my GMAT. Will be obliged if you can share some more inputs.
