MiM ESSEC or Bocconi?

Question

hi guys,
I have been admitted to the MiM at ESSEC and to the Master in Management at Bocconi University (taught in english , but which is NOT the Master in International Management) and I am quite torn between these two options.
I would like to take a major in finance (so maybe bocconi would be better for this), but I would also like to work in IB, possibly in London, and I do not know how many options I might have since I would not attend the more internationally-renowned bocconi course (that is International Management), so my idea is that, on an international scale, I would always be shaded by students graduating from that other course. Something that with ESSEC would not happen, since there is only one version of the master in management. At the same time, though, I feel like Bocconi makes a stronger impact on my cv, but, as i said, it's just a feeling. In addition I consider crucial a valid international experience (a DD or even just an exchange) and I have no idea which of these two options would be better for this.
Hope you can help me with this tough choice

("on the table" there is also the MiM at HEC Paris, but I have been wait-listed, so I don't really count on that)

Well, buddy both are great schools you won't regret choosing one over the other. It's all about where you want to live or work post-grad. Or if you have any French or Italian language experience. French people are patriotic people. They love their language. So if you don't have B2 level language hold on to French. You will likely face problem in a consultancy role in France. Considerably, Italian is also not easy to learn. But I never heard any such hardships after post-grad in terms of language barrier.
ESSEC/Bocconi both have a good reputation. You can select either on basing your language preference.
Other is cost. 
Essec is definitely costly. It's all upon you. Whether language or cost will make any difference to you or not.
But language barrier is something to be definitely think upon.
No matter whatever you end up choosing. You did a number in applications. Congratulations on admit.

If you are looking for opinions based on personal assessment of the schools then My Opinion is in favour of Bocconi over ESSEC.

But since language in Italy can be a barrier so ESSEC seems an easier option going ahead.

If I may, just be careful if you chose either Essec or Bocconi. Do speak either French or Italian or else you will struggle to find a job. These countries tend to be very patriotic and without it will be very hard to find a job.
If you do not speak any of these then go to the UK or the Netherlands in Europe. Alternatively, you will always have the US.
It is super important to have that in mind or else you will be very disappointed in the end.
