Hello
I have recently began to prepare for GMAT using OG '19 guide.
I go through practice questions, and then compare my answers to those in the answer key.
When I discover a mistake, i go to answer explanations.
Today, on question #558 of the Critical Reasoning practice questions, i have found a difference between the answer key and the answer explanations.[u][/u]
Answer Key says the correct is "B" while Answer Explanation says correct is "A".
I should mention, that i have noticed similar inconsistency in one of the Data Suff (Q# 237).
Now, my question is, how often do these discrepancies occur, and should i even rely on Answer Key, or go and check ALL answers with Answer Explanations?
What if by now, not double-checking my correct answers with Answer Explanations, but with Answer Key only, i have much more mistakes than i think i do?
P.S. Can't add screenshots but try and compare yourself.

Just a advice, in all such cases in future here on GmatClub, OG, or any material of any Test Prep company, always rely on the Answer Explanations and not the marked answers. Many times it happens that a wrong option is marked as a correct Answer Choice by mistake, but Answer Explanations will rarely be wrong(and in case they are, you will automatically come to know after reading their explanations.)
Just a advice, in all such cases in future here on GmatClub, OG, or any material of any Test Prep company, always rely on the Answer Explanations and not the marked answers.
