I have given 5 mock tests so far with my scores ranging from 655 to 695, (655, 675, 665, 695, 695 from first test to last). What would be a realistic score expectation? How different is the actual exam from the mocks? Should I prepare a bit more or just give the test now) Any advice/suggestions ?

Checking out posted debriefs by people who've taken the test could provide some insight. You could, for example, compare how people have scored on their official mocks leading up to their actual exam. May also be some quick tips you can take. Consider including/mentioning your section scores and any areas you feel need improvement (people may provide some specific suggestions).

How to score high on the GMAT. Why solving approach is important.

Hi AAXPJ7677B,

If your score goal is around 675, then I think you are in a great spot to go ahead and take the GMAT.

I believe this is a good score for the mocks. It also depends on how much you're targeting though. But personally I would say you're good to go
