Yes, it is correct. Both the adjectives refer to the noun.

The sentence is right.
But, 'extremely' isn't an adjective. A quick check for this is to see whether you can use it to describe a noun. "This is an extremely dog" is wrong, while "This is a large dog" is right - so, 'extremely' isn't an adjective, but 'large' is.
Luckily, you don't really need to know that for the GMAT - you just need to know that sentences like 'She is extremely beautiful', 'The very tall man banged his head on the door', and 'The unusually difficult test challenged many students' are correct.
