Yes goals but make sure you speak to how CMU is uniquely positioned to help you achieve them. Combination of both why MSPM and why CMU.

I can definitely talk about the program and why it fits me, but what should I mention about the school? The clubs ,location etc ? Any other pointers are welcome

think of it like a puzzle: one piece is your goal and the other is CMU. they have to fit together to obtain your dream PM job. Just start researching the program. Create that essential nexus. Clubs are one thing to mention if it is related to prepping you and positioning you for your goal job.
