Congratulations on the feat.
How was your experience with the online exam?

I actually liked it. Empower did not recommend online exam, but it was when they didn’t allow white board.

For two week, I used white board for all my daily study and prep test, so I was used to it.

The whole experience just felt like a prep test at home, so I was more comfortable.

I felt the test was just a little more difficult than the prep tests (maybe that’s because I was nervous), but my score was not bad, so all worked out.

This helps. I'm also looking to give the Online GMAT with the physical whiteboard. Any technical difficulty you faced on the exam?

I would say do their system check the night before. They update the tech quite often so there’s always new things you might want to avoid handling on the day.

I had a sudden black screen during the last IR section. Pressed every button I could, gave up, thought the whole exam was wasted, closed my computer and reopened, and everything went back to normal. I “called” the support person, she explained that it might be the issue on her end, but since I was still being recorded, everything should be fine. I did waste 3-5 minutes handling this, so my IR score was not ideal (5).

Hi michelleyoon32,

That's OUTSTANDING news! With a 730/Q50, you can comfortably apply to any Business Schools that interest you! I cannot recall whether we've discussed your application plans before or not, but are you leaning towards any particular Schools (and when are you planning to apply?)?

Hi Rich,

Thank you! I'm applying first round and aiming for the top 5 schools (fingers crossed).

Hi michelleyoon32,

You certainly have a GMAT Score that would make any School happy, so you should apply to ANY Programs that interest you. To that end, when you're looking at highly-competitive Programs, you need a strong GMAT Score (which you HAVE!), a strong OVERALL Profile AND you need to properly 'market yourself' to each individual Program that you apply to. As such, you might want to work with an Admissions Expert on your applications. We actually have a go-to Expert who we recommend - and we can set you up with a free consultation if you are interested. Just let me know.

Congratulations on all of your success so far!
