The GMAT Focus test-center experience at Pearoson test center in India was smooth and well-managed, with clear instructions and a distraction-free environment throughout the exam. I got an overall score of
675 which reflects a balanced performance across sections, with Verbal Reasoning being a relative strength due to strong critical reasoning and reading comprehension skills. Quantitative Reasoning was moderately challenging, but remained manageable with consistent pacing. Data Insights proved to be the most demanding section, requiring careful interpretation of graphs and table questions and effective time management. I did most of preparation using
GMAT Club, which was instrumental in building conceptual clarity, exposure to high-quality practice questions, and familiarity with the GMAT Focus format. Practicing under timed conditions and analyzing solution approaches on GMAT Club significantly contributed to test readiness. Overall, the experience was positive, and with further refinement in Data Insights speed and accuracy, there is clear potential for improvement in future attempts.
