Last Sunday, October 17, 2010 I took my first GMAT practice test using the GMATPrep software. My results were:
Total: 480
Q: 27
V: 28
I am an undergraduate student due to take the GMAT April 2011. My target score is 700+. Here is my plan.
Materials:

2. Kaplan GMAT Premier 2011
3. 8
MGMAT Guides4.
GMAT Club Tests5.

MGMAT Guides.
December 2010: Focus only on quant 2-3 hours per weekday and 5 hours on the weekend using the
MGMAT Guides. At the end of December take my 2nd practice test.

GMAT Club tests.

April 2011: Sit for test at the beginning of April
Does this sound like a solid plan to secure a 700+ score? I am also considering taking a prep course? Do people often attain a 700+ score without taking a prep course?
