I am going to write gmat in 10 days.
I just need to touch 600. Can you please share some awesome tips to be followed for guaranteed 600
It will be a great help.

Hi sudtiwari,

Answers to the following questions will help me assess your current standing in a better way.

1. How long have you been studying? - 1 Month
2. Which course material did you follow? - OG and Kaplan
3. Did you complete the OG and the Verbal Review?- not fully
4 Did you take mock CATs? - didnt took yet

A few things to keep in mind on the test day:

1. Do not think about the final score at any point of time
2. Once done with a section forget about it and concentrate on the next one.
3. Take both the breaks. It helps you to freshen up
4. Take a note of the time when you are out for break. Do not exceed the break
5. Do not rush through the last 5 questions in the verbal sections in a bid to see your final score
6. Make sure you complete the section. There is a high penalty for not completing the test.

Hi sudtiwari,

Based on the following responses,

1. How long have you been studying? - 1 Month
2. Which course material did you follow? - OG and Kaplan
3. Did you complete the OG and the Verbal Review?- not fully
4 Did you take mock CATs? - didnt took yet

It is very difficult to assess your current situation.
I would recommend you to take a mock CAT and if you do not score near 600, i would suggest you to reschedule your exam.
It is very difficult to score well without understanding the concepts fully and you need close to 3 months to prepare well for the GMAT.

Hi sudtiwari,

If you've been studying for just one month and you have not taken any FULL-LENGTH practice CATs yet, then we really have no idea what your current 'ability level' is right now. Without that knowledge, there's no way to know what your chances are of scoring 600 on the Official GMAT. As such, I think that you should push back your Test Date and plan to take a FULL-LENGTH CAT (with the Essay and IR sections) sometime soon.

GMAT assassins aren't born, they're made,
