Hi Shashank,

While there are a variety of ways to deal with the major Verbal question types, and you have to decide which methods YOU want to use, none of the approaches that you've described are a match for what we would have you practice. To make a significant improvement to your Verbal Scaled Score, you might need to learn some new Verbal tactics (and put in the necessary time to practice them).

Thanks for your reply.

Could you please shed some light on some of the verbal tactics that you have mentioned for my better understanding?

Regards,

Hi Shashank,

With the variety of Verbal questions that can appear in SC, RC and CR, there isn't a practical way to teach you every Verbal tactic in one post. To get the type of exposure, consistent guidance and practice that you need, you're likely going to need to invest in a Course of some type.

Most GMAT Companies offer some type of free materials (practice problems, Trial Accounts, videos, etc.) that you can use to 'test out' a product before you buy it. We have a variety of those resources at out site (www.empowergmat.com). I suggest that you take advantage of all of them then choose the one that best matches your personality, timeline and budget.
