Hi TTP team,
Just now I purchased a 6 month GMAT self study course for $699, thinking the new year discount code (GMAT25) already applied automatically.
I understand that the payment has been made, but is there any way that you can cancel or refund the transaction first so I can re-purchase using the correct discount code?
Really appreciate your assistance in this as I really want to subscribe TTP for my GMAT preparation and I have a very tight budget. Discount really matters and will help me a lot.

thanks for the advice! been trying to contact them through Live Chat / Email / IG / GMATClub chat feature but no reply so far, hopefully they will notice this problem soon
