Dear all,

I need to reschedule my test which is scheduled on June 17th. I'm in time for the 50 dollars fee however if I have to wait untill Monday because today is out of working hours I have to pay the full 250 dollars since thats within 7 days. Is there any possibility of contacting the test center today? It would be a shame to have to pay 200 dollars more due to a system error.

Please immediately write an email to Pearson Vue. Make sure you have the screenshots of the technical difficulty pages.

check the website from time to time today and tomorrow. Maybe it is fixed.

Write a mail to Pearson as well GMAC(mba.com) immediately. usually, they will revert within 24 hours. In between trying to contact mba.com customer care number.

Hi DanielK96,

You do not have to contact the test center. Log in to your account on mba.com. You'll see a 'reschedule' button next to your exam appointment. It will promt you to the page that will allow you to choose the new date.

I see. If you can't call them, you can send them email. Or wait till Monday, and use online chat.

You should be able to reschedule it on Monday, since it's more than 7 days.

Monday is exactly 7 days away from the test date (10th - 17th). I sent them 2 emails explaining the matter so I hope they have a soft spot for me.. lol. Thanks, though!
