I am wondering if someone has an answer for me.

I have all the official material purchased (exam pack, question pack and so on) and now what to do, Have I to buy once again ??

I didn't find a satisfactory answer to the website. Compliments to the GMAC.

The FAQ on this page says:

I purchased a product for the old platform, can I use my activation code on the new platform or can I get a new activation code for the new platform?

If you purchased a GMATPrep® product (e.g., Exam Pack 1, Exam Pack 2, or Question Pack 1) between January 16, 2018 and April 15, 2018, you can exchange your existing GMATPrep® activation code(s) for new activation codes(s) for the equivalent online product. To request the exchange, email: [email protected] with the subject line "Free Migration," and include a copy of email order confirmation for your GMATPrep® purchase, as well as existing GMATPrep® activation codes that you would like to exchange (existing activation codes that are submitted for exchange will be deactivated). All requests for activation code exchanges must be submitted by May 11, 2018.

So if you want to use your paid products on the online version (and it looks the software version of GMATPrep will never be updated, either to reflect the new format or in any other way), you'll have to buy new 12 month subscriptions, unless you purchased your product between Jan 16 and April 15 this year and requested a replacement code before May 11. Not a very friendly policy :?

The GMAT Prep site for the online tests seems to be down .. is any one else facing this issue/is there an alternate link or fix?

It looks like it's down for everyone. They've put this up on the website:

I hope they resolve this issue soon, but they really should have seen this coming. One last update for the GMATPrep offline software would have really helped.

I now see the same message from the States, though i don't think the message about the software being down was there 10 mins ago (maybe it was and I just did not see it). This really sucks for those taking the GMAT soon as now they are cut off from the official practice tests and analysis of their mistakes.
