Yeah, I think 400 hours can be enough to reach a 675 starting from a 505. It’s a big jump, but definitely possible if you study in an organized way and focus on your weaknesses.
You may also want to find a good course to guide your studying(i suggest ttp for quant e di).

The hours do not matter because you can spend 4 hours studying after work and it will be absolutely worthless. You can also take a vacation and study 12 hours a day and that will be also worthless.
Hours don't matter. What matters is quality of your preparation, consistency, and constant focus on improvement. Not hours, not how many books you covered, but how much you can improve in Assumption questions, in Word Problems, etc. You will need to get some books or a course. If you don't, that's almost a definite "no" because using just questions to improve is going to take 1,000+ hours.
Ideally, studying intensively for 2 hours 5 days a week will be enough, with a weekend being 4 hours per day or so in 2 chunks for 3-4 months. This is about 15-20 hrs per week, and you are going for 12 weeks or so, and that's half of the time you are throwing out but most people fail to maintain the focus and cannot focus on improvement and instead focus on solving questions.
