great.. thanks a lot! One more question. Although many schools say that recommenders may be colleagues or team members, who may not be working at very very high level positions like founders, co-founders, CTO, etc. Should this statement be taken as truth or should we strive to find recommenders who are high-level executives? This question may sound a bit strange, but I really want to have a clear idea on these things.

You should select recommenders carefully. They should be senior to you (title does not matter), have worked closely with you, be invested in your success, and be willing to put in the work required for an LoR. Do not select a peer or a supplier. Ideally, your immediate line manager should be the prime recommender.
