Official practice test 2- Quant score 86. But i knew one question already. If i had marked that ques wrong, approx. what score would i have seen?

It is impossible to tell not knowing the 2-3 parameters of the question. Also the score is based on a curve that’s similar to a percentile curve ... so, sometimes a mistake can lower the score a lot and sometimes zero effect if it is within that percentile range.

So 2-3 percentiles down perhaps if hard and 7-10 percentiles if easy and 4-6 if medium. Maybe. 🤷‍♂️
I have never done experiments on these things as gmat prep does not give you me parameters for difficulty or discrimination... so it is a fools errand estimating scores

It depends on what type of Penalty here we are talking about.

If the penalty questions something that is heavily weighted by the admission team at schools then it definitely has potential to diminish your chances.

1) Word Problem
2) Work Rate
3) Percentages and Profit and Loss
4) Time speed and Distance

Sources:
Filer questions using GC filter options and keep sources

2) GMAT Prep focus (with the knowledge that these might be questions from official GMAT Mock tests)
3) Kaplan
4) Manhattan

do NOT go beyond them and I guess you will have plenty of good practice :)

x+y is one of the options.

Just check for which of the options a multiple of 11 + an integer is 50

ello Everyone,

My name is Madhav and I am from Gujarat. I have been preparing for GMAT for the past 1.5 months after purchasing the eGMAT course.

I started with Quant and my very first topic is Number Properties. The problem I am facing is that I am not able to cross the hard cementing threshold that eGMAT sets for this topic. I am stuck here and unable to move forward confidently.
