With this score, chances do shoot up. But your overall profile and how it is presented through essays also plays a crucial role. All the best!

At the moment it appears that just HBS and Wharton are not accepting GMAT focus for rounds 1 and 2. That said, to be certain, reach out to the folks in admissions at your desired schools.
