I have a first GMAT test date in early October.
I started "studying" in September 2022 pretty much just cranking out all the OG Verbal problems (RC+CR+SC with heavy emphasis on SC) and took a long break until mid July 2023 to resume studying in earnest. I purchased ManhattanPrep's coursework and went over it in two months. I started with 640 on MPrep CAT 1 - 640 (42Q35V) and my latest two MPrep CATs are 680 (46Q36V) and 690 (41Q42V). My only GMAC CAT was 710 (46Q42V).
I am a bit worried about the cessation of the GMAT Classic in favor of GMAT Focus (I'd prefer not to be a guinea pig for new test design). I have no expectations for score for my first attempt, but I'd like to end up with a 730+ before the cessation. Do y'all think its doable? I'm cracking out the hours recently (maybe 5-10hrs) genuine study all day weekdays and weekends for 1 week with the test about 16 days out. Do you think this is a lost cause before GMAT Classic disappears?
