I am not sure I understand what you meant by 'all visa process is ready', hence, I will skip this bit.
It really is your choice. If this will be your first attempt at the GMAT, then you haven't considered the (even if remote) possibility of a re-attempt. Without your final score in hand, how would you select/shortlist schools? How will you know which schools to research, which school webinars/events you should attend, students and alumni of which schools you should network with, which essays you should work on, and what you should tell your recommenders for their LoRs?
If you are applying only to 1-2 schools, then perhaps you could manage the end of July target for the GMAT. Applications require very high labor and need time. Any more schools than this and you are squeezing yourself into a corner, with the quality of your applications susceptible to being compromised.
Just my opinion.

For R1 deadlines of Sep'25, you should have had your score in hand by now, or at least by end Jun latest. For R2 deadlines in Jan'26, you should have your score in hand by end Sep/mid-Oct'25 latest.

Can we apply to R1 if we give GMAT at end of July. All visa process is ready. I just have to get ready with my SOP , LORs and Resume .
