Does anyone have an idea, if i get the DI Score from GMAT club test 79 -80 , what would be official GMAT score for this section? Will it increase to 82+ or remains the same based on difficulty?

I also feel like the gmat club tests are slightly more difficult, in the sense that there is just a higher number of difficult questions, that time management gets harder

So, the good news is that you are in a pretty nice spot!

That said, you do need to continue to find your holes and fix those to help improve your score. Thus, engaging in topical practice is a great way to do so. Let’s use quant as an example.

For example, let’s say you want to practice Number Properties. You can do so by answering 50 or more questions just from Number Properties: LCM, GCF, units digit patterns, divisibility, remainders, etc.

After each problem set, it’s crucial to delve into the questions you answered incorrectly.

For instance, if you stumbled on a remainder question, take a moment to reflect. Was it a careless error? Did you fail to apply the remainder formula correctly? Was there a concept in the question that eluded you? This analysis is key to your learning process.

By carefully analyzing your mistakes, you will be able to fix your weaknesses efficiently and, in turn, improve your GMAT quant skills. Number Properties is just one example; follow this process for all quant, verbal, and DI topics.

Feel free to reach out with any questions.

Good luck!
That’s what I’ve started to do, thanks : )

anyone knows why the remaining number of full length test decreases when I give more and more of sectional test in the pro subscription of focus edition tests?

what would be the optimal ratio to use those as a general daily study material but not exhausting the full length test entirely? as it’s my reattempt and I did completely finish my jamboree material I’m not sure how I should approach the reattempt as my basics and fundamentals are clear imo but execution is where i am lacking

Hi PrameshLuitel123, not sure if there is a universal answer to your optimal ratio question. One way to look at it depends on when is your next attempt and how many full-length mocks you plan to do before that.

Just preserve enough number of Verbal and DI sections, as they are usually the "bottleneck".

If you mainly want to practice timing strategy, sure the sectional tests should help. However, if you still have concept gaps, you can always use individual sub-forums (PS, RC, CR, DS, G&T, MSR, TPA) and filter suitable topics and difficulty level to practice questions.

Hi bb

Quick question. I want to reset one of my gmatclub DI sectional tests as I accidently exited the exam. If I reset it , its saying the pool will be reset for all the question pool. Will I lose access to all the history once i reset it or will i be able to see the previously incorrect questions in the GMAT CLUB test page. also what will happen to the analytics of the exam?

They may not have not loaded them yet... or another bureaucratic reason. I checked and I can't see July or Aug either.
Usually for the online exam you don't need to schedule more than a week out. So you don't need to worry about it quite yet.

Yes, they do (unless these are quant tests which there are a lot of sectional tests for). Your full test quantity is decided by the LOWEST number of available sectional tests in DI, V, or Q.
